Amber Heard has sold her home in California’s Yucca Valley for over $1.05 million. TMZ reports that . The news comes after Johnny Depp’s lawyer revealed that Amber does not have enough money to pay the actor after her lost lawsuit.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is approximately 2,400 square feet. It was built in 2015 and is located about 10 miles west of Joshua Tree National Park. Amber bought the house in 2019 through an anonymous real estate agent for $570,000.
TMZ reports that the owner of the house was “quietly” changed on July 18 and the house was never put up for sale publicly. Amber is said to have had the house sold by her management.

According to The Dirt, the buyers of the home are married couples with no connections to Amber and no ties to the entertainment industry. By selling the house, the Magic Mike actress makes a profit of $ 480,000, according to the medium. That money will help her pay her ex-husband Johnny Depp, to whom she owes over $8 million after her lost lawsuit.
Johnny Depp was notified in June that he is entitled to $15 million in damages for domestic abuse claims Amber made in a 2018 op-ed for The Washington Post. The jury agreed that Amber’s claims unlawfully defamed the actor. The judge then decided to cap the claims for damages at USD 10.35 million.
In a separate judgment, Amber was awarded $2 million in damages, leaving Johnny Depp with $8.3 million in debt.
