Ye had a porn addiction and used mind games to excite and restrain his staff. At least, that’s what former employees of Yeezy and Adidas say in an exclusive interview with Rolling Stone . The news site spoke to more than twenty former employees. Those conversations revealed, among other things, that Ye would have even shown explicit images of Kim Kardashian to members of Yeezy’s creative team.
Rolling Stone’s extensive article covers many stories from various individuals within the sneaker organization. A common thread running through the anecdotes is Ye’s obsession with porn.

For example, an anonymous person said that he had a job interview at Yeezy in 2018. “I entered the room and saw Ye dancing to his own songs.” When the applicant wanted to take a seat, Ye took out his phone. “My wife just sent me this,” he said, according to the employee, who was shown a naked photo of Kim Kardashian. “It was very personal and very uncomfortable. I didn’t really know how to react to it.”
The Yeezy creative team was also shown explicit images of Kim in 2018. That claims a former employee of the company, who would have seen several videos. According to him, this happened at both individual meetings and joint meetings.

Rolling Stone also writes about incidents where Ye played porn for Yeezy employees, without Kim starring. For example, one of his former team members says that Ye showed him a video of porn star Francesca Le performing sexual acts on another woman.
The man described what Ye said he should be looking at on the laptop screen during a meeting they had at Ye’s home in the Hollywood Hills where they were to discuss a new project. “He said, ‘So? What do you think?’ Without even laughing a bit,” said the former team member.
Two other Yeezy employees claim that Ye hosted special gatherings in the early days of their careers with the sneaker organization. “During those meetings, he tried to stimulate employees in his own way. For example, he showed amateur porn videos in which he had sex with women.”
During a 2017 meeting in a factory sample room in China, Kanye West yelled that the Yeezys prototypes weren't up to his standards.
He then allegedly approached a senior female employee and told her "I want you to make me a shoe I can fuck."

Furthermore, Ye would once have shot himself against a female colleague, at a time when the quality of Yeezy shoes was not good enough in his opinion. According to Ye, that had to change. He tried to explain his vision to the woman as clearly as possible, saying, “I want you to make me a shoe that I want to have sex with.”
Rolling Stone has requested comments from representatives of Kim and Ye’s team, but neither has responded to the request, according to the site.
