The richest man on earth and Tesla CEO Elon Musk is thinking about making a career switch. The billionaire announced in a tweet that he wants to quit all his jobs to focus full-time on a career as an influencer.
SERIOUS PLANS?
Musk asked his loyal followers on Twitter what they would think of the career switch and judging by the reactions, many think it’s a good idea. For example, a Twitter user says that he will become his first subscriber if he creates an Only Fans account. Another says he wants to help the billionaire get as many views as possible on YouTube. Of course, it’s not entirely clear how serious Musk is about his plans to become an influencer. He did say earlier this year that he expects to be CEO of his companies for a few more years. The Tesla CEO would like to have more free time instead of being constantly at work.

ADVICE FROM TWITTERERS
This is not the first time Musk has asked his Twitter followers for advice. Last month, for example, he asked on Twitter whether he should sell ten per cent of his stake in Tesla. A large majority agreed, after which the 50-year-old entrepreneur actually sold Tesla shares with a total value of 12 billion dollars. So it remains to be seen whether he will really be seen on social media as an influencer soon.
Much is made lately of unrealized gains being a means of tax avoidance, so I propose selling 10% of my Tesla stock.
