Pattaya city police yesterday arrested Si Sa Ket Itthiphol Jansai, who is suspected of stealing dozens of motorcycles in Pattaya in the past 3 months.
Dozens of motorcycles were stolen in the Pattaya area in the past three months, the arrested suspect is a man who was wanted nine months ago in Si Saket for equivalent thefts
Chonburi Police, speaking on behalf of the Pattaya Police Station, announced the arrest of Itthiphol Jansai, 42, on the basis of an arrest warrant issued in Si Sa Ket in January.
The arrest warrant stated that Itthiphol should be arrested on suspicion of stealing bicycles and transporting them to Laos. To date, neither Pattaya nor Banglamung police have made any arrests in the dozen cases of motorcycle theft during the curfew since July.
