Security guard in Bangkok sentenced to five years in prison for rape
The Thonburi Court in Bangkok agreed with prosecutors on the seriousness of a rape case. Thailand’s prosecutors had demanded a severe sentence against Montree Yaikrathoke, the head of security service at a condominium in Bang Khae. He raped a house owner. A crime he had also committed in the past five years.
This time, he was convicted of rape with threats and use of Yaba, Thai Rath newspaper reported.
He was sentenced to ten years and ten months, halved to five years and five months, for admitting the crime.
