Thailand’s state bus operator is suspending all inter-provincial bus services from today Tuesday (Aug. 3) in accordance with the semi-lockdown restrictions imposed by the Administrative Center for Covid19 Control, the CCSA.
The director-general of the state bus company Transport Co, Sanyalux Panwattanalikit announced this suspension of services in the North, Northeast, East and South regions and will be in effect until the restrictions are lifted.
The CCSA has extended semi-lockdown travel restrictions in Dark Red counties until August 31 in an effort to curb rising daily infections.
Passengers who have purchased tickets in advance can contact Transport Co’s national ticket offices to request a refund or postpone their journey until travel is allowed again.
