The Thai Immigration Service has denied keeping a secret list of names of people who pose a threat to national security.
The chairman of the “Move Forward” MP Rangsiman Rome claims to have been given a list of 183 people considered to be a threat to national security.
Immigration spokesman Lieutenant Colonel Cherngron Rimphakdee said the Immigration Service maintains two lists: the well-known blacklist of expelled foreigners and another list that currently contains the names of 1,923 people of both Thai and foreign nationals who have been arrested on an arrest warrant are wanted.
