Almere police have arrested two men for sending parcels containing drugs to Thailand. The suspects face a maximum prison term of 12 years.
The Post Intervention Team of the National Unit tracked down the men. This team is engaged in combating the abuse of legal postal and courier services for the transport of narcotics.
After the arrests, the homes of the suspects were searched. Other narcotics such as LSD, a pellet gun, baton and digital data carriers were found and seized here.
